This video tutorial was created in a series of videos discussing the various enrollment election periods and the relevance of enrollment period ranking when selecting a valid enrollment period for the current or potential member. By applying these concepts the trainee will be able to submit valid enrollment requests that reduce Request for Information (RFI) tickets, rejected requests by CMS, and CTMs (complaints). This knowledge is meant to have a a positive impact on Wellcare’s Medicare Star rating and increase member satisfaction and retention.
