Every project begins with understanding the business need, the learner audience, and the desired outcome. From there, the focus shifts to designing learning solutions that make complex information clear, practical, and easy to apply. My process combines instructional design, learner-centered strategy, and digital development to create content people can actually use on the job.

Collaboration is a key part of the approach. By partnering with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and defining the right learning strategy, each solution is built with both the learner experience and the business objective in mind. Depending on the need, deliverables may include eLearning, virtual simulations, training videos, facilitator resources, job aids, assessments, or other performance support materials.

A structured workflow helps ensure consistency and quality throughout the process. Projects move through design, development, review, and implementation with attention to clarity, accessibility, accuracy, and usability. This includes review cycles, stakeholder input, and preparation for final delivery in the appropriate format.
