Overview

Developed the LIS and SNP Job Aid as a performance support resource to help agents correctly apply the Change in Medicaid or Low-Income Subsidy (LIS) Status SEP and Loss of Special Needs Plan (SNP) SEP. The final resource was designed to clarify usage through structured explanations, examples, and supporting references.

A compliance-approved job aid that included SEP guidance, FAQs, examples, and links to supporting video resources for agent reference.
