BSCC Call Control

Overview

Developed the BSCC Call Control course to support broker support training through Rise-based content and short scenario videos created in Synthesia. The project included scripted scenario resources designed to show both model call handling and missed opportunities.

Deliverables

Rise course content, three Synthesia scenario videos, and final revised content submitted to Workday after stakeholder review.

BSS New Hire - NovaSys System Training

Overview

Developed NovaSys training content for the BSS New Hire - NovaSys System Training project to support Ambetter Health Brokers Sales Support new hires in building a deeper understanding of the system. The project included system-based content planning, media scripting, and eLearning development aligned to the broader BSS curriculum.

Deliverables

A presentation/resource and eLearning module supported by source documentation, project media scripting, Storyline template updates, and finalized NovaSys content tracked to completion.

Focus Areas

System navigation training, new hire onboarding support, BSS and Agency Team learning paths, and development of system-based training content using verified source materials and screenshots.
